Company policies

  1. Processing time 2-4 business days - excluding orders to be printed. Please allow additional time for shipping.
  2. Printing orders: Lead time is 3-7 business days.
  3. Printing Orders (Private label) - Minimum $200.00.
  4. Minimum of 10 pieces per shade / per product - excluding specified kits or compacts (6 minimum).If ordering under minimum, 50% service fee added.
  5. International Orders - Minimum $200: Must be prepaid by bank wire or credit card. Client is responsible for all duties, taxes and freight.
  6. All freight charges, customs, brokerage, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  7. Shipment refusals - 30% handling fee will be charged, plus shipping.
  8. Sincemile Cosmetics Company is not responsible for UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc delivery schedules or times of delivery.  Someone must be present to receive the package.  If a package is returned, the customer will incur additional shipping charges.
  9. All shortages and breakage in shipping must be reported within 48 hours.
  10. PLEASE ORDER CAREFULLY. Sincemile Cosmetics Company does not accept returns due to customer error.  Your order MUST be read back to insure accuracy.  All sales are final.
  11. Sincemile Cosmetics Company assumes no responsibility for the product if it has been repackaged and will not be covered by our liability insurance.
  12. Customer warrants that he/she will comply with all labeling requirements of the Federal and State Laws pertaining to The Food, Drug and Cosmetics “Act”.
  13. Rush Service: For a service fee of $100.00 or 20% of order, which-ever is higher. To ship within a 24 hour time frame if order is placed before 12pm PST (exceptions may apply) if possible. This does not include shipping service.
